BBC Trust

The Trust has today published the allocation criteria for official campaign broadcasts which will be shown on the BBC ahead of the EU Referendum in June.

Should the Electoral Commission designate organisations on both sides of the campaign, each will receive at least one broadcast on:

BBC One, BBC Two, BBC Online, BBC Radio 4 and BBC Radio 2.

In the event that only one organisation is designated to only one side of the campaign, no broadcasts will be allocated.

The allocation and number of broadcasts is a matter for the BBC Executive. The Trust will remain the final arbiter of appeal for complaints.
